What are the most ghetto areas in San Diego county?

Hey everyone, I live in San Diego and I'm doing a report for my summer school Sociology class about low income/run down cities/neighborhoods in San Diego county and comparing them with more upper class/fancy areas. I need a few examples for each to set the basis of my essay and was wondering what everybody's thoughts were. Having been a resident here my whole life, I would say San Ysidro, all the neighborhoods in Southeast San Diego area (Logan Heights, Skyline, City Heights), National City, and west Chula Vista. I'm using places like La Jolla and Solana Beach for my upper class areas. What's everybody's opinion on the most "ghetto" places in San Diego County?
