I have a large tank and am trying to decide what lizard to get?

I have been looking around kingsnake.com and they have some crazy selection! Honestly chameleons?! 5hthats awesome, but how hard are they to care for? Are they handleable? And i do like skinks, which one is the most people-friendly species? A blue tongue? I hear they are some of the more curious, handleable types, it's a 75 or 100 gallon tank; not sure
