Can a Veiled Chameleon hear?

I know that don't have any ears, or at least I don't see any. But I swear, every time I go to talk to her, she looks at me like she can hear me. I know many people are gonna think that I am crazy, and tell me it's just my movement that she is focusing on, but seriously, when I go in slow to look at her, and she doesn't even turn to look at me, and then I talk calm and quite to her, she turns to look at me and she starts coming my way. She is sooo fun, high maintenance, but fun..
