Why is my Neon Tree Dragon turning white?

I have a Japalura Splendida (also known as a Neon Tree Dragon), and he is turning white all over his body at the same time. I have many lizards and have seen many of them including my CWD shed and they never looked like this. I will try to post a picture if I can but I am hoping someone can tell me why this might be happening. Is there someone out there that has long running experience with their Neon Tree Dragon and can give me better info than I have found online on their care? Should I keep them in a more humid enclosed terrarium like a CWD or should I keep them in a mesh cage like a Chameleon? Im a little worried we are keeping him a little too humid and not enough fresh air. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. :D

Why doesn't my baby Savannah monitor EAT.?

Please help! Our female veiled chameleon is egg bound and is calcium deficient, what can we do to help her??!?

We have a female veiled chameleon, and we recently noticed that she was hanging out on the bottom of her tank a lot more often than normal. After researching this behavior online, and taking her to the vet we discovered that she is egg bound, and is also deficient in calcium. We unfortunately cannot afford the surgery to remove the eggs by c-section. On the veterinarians recommendation we have been soaking her in warm water intermittently, and have been keeping her well hydrated, as well as feeding her *******'s repta aid once a day. We have also been giving her calcium in small doses twice a day. We have provided her with a 8" by 10" pan of sterile sand to dig in, but she has not been digging around at all anywhere in her tank. She has been much weakened, by all this stress though she has gained a lot of her strength back in the last two days and is a lot more active. We are extremely worried about her and will be extremely upset if we lose her. If anyone has any information on what else we can do for her, we would be extremely greatful.

And they easily get stressed out. My friend had a chameleon and she was agressive and always hissed if you even got near her. Bearded dragons make great starter pets and are extremely friendly. Beardies love to be handled, and are less high matience then chameleons.

Is it normal to trade/buy and resell pets like reptiles. So I bought a savannah monitor it wasn't doing well then I traded him for a super healthy tame chinese water dragon which I am selling with everything for 120dollars and the guy I am selling it to is offering me 20 dollars extra for everything since he is on vacation, so I get 140 bucks. What type of rack should I get?

The Sardo rack is a waste of money. It doesn't work on every table for one thing. You have to "train" the cloth for it to work. When you do that it makes a bunch of dimples in the rack area that can affect the path of a slow rolling ball. I'm not really familiar with the Chameleon, but you know it's really easy to rack a 7-ball rack with your bare hands and get it tight. I would probably lean towards the Delta rack (that's the metal one, I believe) only because it is less able to flex. To be honest, a good cheap wooden rack will serve you well for a long time. I will say, I love the wooden racks that come with the Diamond Pro tables.

Alright. So i get that the movie is extremely out of order, and ive managed to get my head around the order of most of the events of the movie :meet at beach party, relationship, brake-up, clem gets her mind erased, joel gets his mind erased, meet a second time after joel runs away from work (beginning of the movie), he brings her home where the tape is discovered (end of the movie). The only problem i am having is this: When they first meet at the beach party, Joel pokes fun at clem by singing the "Oh my darling clementine..." song. Later along the timeline the two are talking on the train as new acquaintances. Clem tells Joel not to make fun of her name and specifically references the same song. Joel, however, says that he has never heard this song. Could it be that his knowledge of this song was erased with the rest of his memories? It almost seems that on the train Clem remembered Joel and the say that they had at the beach and is attempting to jog his memory in hopes that he remembers her as well. Also, when they first meet at the beach party, Joel says that she was quite comfortable around him, as if they were already lovers. I read this when I was in elementary school and I only have pieces of memories from it so I will try my best. Did I Catch A Chameleon Or Anole?

Okay, So last night there was a huge storm going on. My dad looked out on the window and there was some type of lizard on our outdoor wall. It was blending in perfectly! I went out and caught it, and right now its in a 10 gallon aquarium. Theres a couple of dead bugs and a damp paper towel with it. It was on our dark counter top, and it got dark, as well. There was a noticeable color change. When I brought it in the house,my mom actually said "Oh my gosh, its an albino!". We know its not a gecko, because it couldnt climb the glass. It doesnt have the eyes of a chameleon. Could it be an anole? Also, We left the aquarium outside over night so it could have humidity from the rain and a better temperature. It has a pattern on its back, and its eyes have slits. Were going to Incredible Pets for snake food today, so we will probably show the reptile manager pictures of the thing.

I reconnected with a guy friend from high school about 10 months ago. We dated for like 2 weeks in 9th grade (everything innocent), but remained friends. At the beginning he used to paid for me, but since he is not working, I pay sometimes, but he's reluctant, he saids that he doesn't want me to think that he's taking advantage of me in that sense. After, I told him that I was not going to keep texting him, he initiates the texting, he is more flirty, we text to the eve hours at night and day nonstop, he seems more comfortable with me with more trust. it was okay but your first line needs some work. maybe start when he is in the investigation at a really vidal point, like he gets shot and then flash back to the beginning.Saying going into this i never thought this would happen, then talk about meeting the boss at starbucks. Debating wether to keep my water dragon or sell it.?

It is an awesome pet sub-adult male but I rather go for something more along the lines of a bearded dragon or tortoise, they are easier and if breed sell for a decent buck. I think I will have a yard sale and sell him for 100 bucks oBo, with 70 being the lowest I can go. How much should I sell my water dragon for, most don't make it out childhood and I am selling him with a big 3 foot tank and extras. Will I lose money or gain money by selling him. Seriously though I spent like 70 bucks on the pet before him and then rehomed him here after a trade, getting back what I put in and possibly worse losing money. Also need money for college, and stay away from reptiles cause I have a puppy that needs his shots/deworming and stuff. A good word would be Rehoming on craigslist hahha. But yeah I need money for college and a decent car, after that i will need extra money on the side to fix it or do oil changes. and I am afraid I am going to be consumed with trying to get a degree so much I will forget about the poor bastard. He is badass, I'm not going to lie but he will be 3 feet soon including tail and I will need a miracle for him to survive in his current enclosure. What reptile should i get?

You should get a leopard gecko. I have one of these guys and they are so fun! It is only $20 to buy him. I bought mine when it was 2 days old. Then you have to buy a cage and a heat lamp/light. Then make a habitat in the cage. I have sand for the bottom and a big rock and a few leaves for it to hide under. It is a great pet to have. You can hold him and he will cling to your shirt. He crawls pretty fast so be careful not to put it on the floor. I really love this reptile. It doesn't get too big either. Mine is not full grown, but it is 8 inches long. It gets, I believe, 12 inches long. And it lives ALONG time. I have had mine for 6 years and they live up to 20 years. Hope this helps!!!!

What is wrong with my female veiled chameleon?

She is around 7-8 months old and about 4 3/4 inches from the tip of her mouth to her vent. I had been spraying her cage 1-2 times daily. She also has a water bowl at the bottom of her cage to add humidity. She was eating fine until now. She hasn't really ate and she has been laying on the floor for the past 24 hours about. I thought she might have to lay eggs so i put in a container of sand mixed with eco earth and i put her in it and she did nothing but lay her. I also was able to hold her which she never would have done before.

Pygmy chameleons egg turned brown!!!?

If you aciddentaly turn a fertile egg, how long does it take for the color to change and what color would it usually change to? Mine went from pink (in the tank), to brown (in the vermiculite) in less than an hour. Is that normal? I don't think I turned them, why did they all turn brown?

How to get started on a reptile collection?

UVB bulb lifetime rays?

I use 10.0 uvb bulbs and replace them every 5-6 months, I am thinking about getting some chameleons which need 2.0/5.0 lighting, Could I use my used 10.0 bulbs? A bit of a strange question but my theory is it is not giving off full UVB but it is still giving of some which is the equivalent to 2.0/5.0?

A little about UV/Black light tattoo ink?

I want to use the ink to fill-in the open space on my sleeves. I like the idea of using the ink to have lightning as the filler. I've heard/read the ink itself is almost invisible in regular light and that's cool since i would eventually be looking for a job. While searching around I found Crazy Chameleon was repeatedly found in different searches, is this a good ink for my idea. Oh, since I've come realize that's certain colors doesn't hold well to darker skin. Any ideas on what ink would be a good choice for darker skin and less visible in standard light would be a huge help.

K so I heard of this many times before but I figured it was just a myth......anyway I was playing pokemon today and caught a regular pokemon in a great ball but when the pokemon went inside it made an unusual sound......then when the pokeball fell to the ground it only wobbled once instead of three times......then I noticed I had been tapping the "A" button repeatedly the whole time and I figured that was the only explanation seeing as how it was only a normal pokemon and an ordinary great ball

The main thing is to stay calm because if you get flustered everyone else will too. I would take care of the crying child first. Get him set up in the health room with a wet cloth on his forehead and call his parents. Next I would ask the parent if he would like to make an appointment to talk with the teacher/principal/counselor (Whoever seems appropriate). Be polite but firm about not engaging in the conversation. I would be answering the phones when possible but I would let it go to voice mail if I had to. I would have the attendance reports finished and available to turn in. Mostly it is about prioritizing and keeping things as calm as possible. In my opinion the people come before the phone and the attendance report should have ben finished and ready to turn in.

I started talking to this girl almost a year ago, and began dating her a couple months after that. The relationship went well, although I noticed some little quirks about her, like calling herself fat when she wasn't (and isn't). She also didn't eat much. The all of the sudden, she dumped me. Out of the blue, with little explanation. Well a couple months go by and we had talked but hadn't seen each other since the breakup. She calls me one night and tells me she's been in a treatment center for you guessed it: anorexia. We started dating again a month after that, and she just recently finished her stay at the treatment center and I'm very proud of her. I'm just kinda worried for her because I never want to see her live her life like how she was living it with anorexia. Concerns about mortgage pre approval from bank of america?

I received pre-approval from Bank of America for an FHA and VA Vendee loan. This was in early April and they pulled my credit before granting the pre-approval. I finally found a house and made an offer that was accepted. The proposed closing date was scheduled for July 29, but because of the length of time between then and when I received the initial pre-approval, I was advised to allow them to pull another credit report (this was last week). I did this and my score is now 656 (up from 628), my debt-to-income ratio has slightly lowered (due to paying off one credit card and paying down another) and everything else is the same. I had a bankruptcy which was discharged four years ago, and since that time I struggled for a few months (late 2008/early 2009) and had an erroneous state tax lien on my report. They asked from an explanation for these events and stated that I could provide a letter explaining the situations. These same items were on both credit reports pulled by BoA, but now I am being told that they are denying approval because of these items. Why would the grant a pre-approval for 170k, but deny my approval for 97k? I am a college educator and I have been on the job for almost three years. I was told that they would need certain items to process the loan, however they requested none of these items before denying me. I received pre-approval from Wells Fargo (also done in early April) which is still valid. I spoke with that loan officer today and he doesn't see the problem. I would prefer the Vendee program because of the lower fees/closing costs in addition to the zero money down payment, however I may have to go to the FHA from Wells Fargo. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do or why this could have happened? Has this happened to others? Any information that anyone can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Can a landlord counter sue me?

I am thinking of suing my ex-landlord for not giving me a an itemized deduction list within the 14-day time limit according to Washington State guidelines. I received a partial payment with no explanation. I went through the Better Business Bureau to get a response from the Apt. complex and they told BBB that they gave me an itemized list. They faxed over a copy of my 1-year contract along with a letter to the BBB in which they explained the deductions in the letter (they didn't fax over the itemized list, just an explanation in the letter), along with telling the BBB that they were nice enough to not charge me for the 2 days I was there (I moved out on the 2nd of the month). I gave the apt. complex the 20-day notice to move out notifying them that I was moving on the 3rd. Green Iguana or Monitor Lizard?
