My SENEGAL Chameleon is acting weird...?

(female Senegal chameleon, 10 months old.) She hasn't been eating, and has been digging at the bottom of her cage a lot. I've read online that some chameleons lay infertile eggs, so im thinking that the case... but I've also read that Senegal's don't do that.. So what is she doing???????
