A little about UV/Black light tattoo ink?

I want to use the ink to fill-in the open space on my sleeves. I like the idea of using the ink to have lightning as the filler. I've heard/read the ink itself is almost invisible in regular light and that's cool since i would eventually be looking for a job. While searching around I found Crazy Chameleon was repeatedly found in different searches, is this a good ink for my idea. Oh, since I've come realize that's certain colors doesn't hold well to darker skin. Any ideas on what ink would be a good choice for darker skin and less visible in standard light would be a huge help.
