As Percy Jackson is a series, will they do all 5 flims?

Film 1 is out. Film 2 is now getting made. The Percy Jackson books are pretty big and with harry potter ending there is room for a new fantasy series to take off (I know about Hunger Games, but that's not fantasy) and I read someone that Logan Lerman (percy) has a contract for 3 films but in the earlier days of HP they also only had a few move contracts so do you think they will be any chance of all the Percy Jackson movies being made?
