I just bought a chameleon yesterday and have its habitat and everything set up but i havent seen her eat ):?

I havent seen her drink water either. i have a drip system, fountain like system but she never gets near it. she mostly stays by the light. She is a bright green color so im guessing thats good but im a little concerned about her not eating. Please help
