How do i make my eyes look bluer without makeup?

My eyes are green but for some reason they look really blue. I was wondering though, how to make them pop a bit more? but without makeup or at least very little? oh, btw, they are very light.They look alot like logan lerman... lol, except a bit rounder.... and a bit ummm.... like... tealer... how do i make them look bluer like his? lol :)
